Every flexible scope we receive for repair undergoes the same check-in procedure as the OEM to identify current and future problems. Armed with this knowledge, you are empowered to make educated decisions regarding the maintenance of your instruments. Identifying and solving problems before they have the chance to cause extensive damage can re-define the life expectancy of an instrument.

For major repairs requiring three or more days to complete, M.E.R. offers a Free Loaner Scope Program designed to help you continue to perform procedures while your equipment is being repaired. There is no charge for this service; you pay only shipping costs.
